This plan was approved by the Board on August 24, 2022. After the first 5 aspirational sections the following 6 “Goal” sections and the respective “Goal Strategies” are directly lifted from the strategic plan, the latest of which is saved at P26.

This is the updated plan as passed by the Board on July 27, 2022. The largest change is we now have 6 major goal areas, having split Facility and Operational: Finance, Membership, Program, Visibility, Facility and Operational. Also notice the “Goal Strategies” get carried over to the tactical plan, the latest of which is saved at P27.
